at colored
targets provided in the hitting lane. You can book a half hour each time, or contract for a year of

Mirrors
Full sized mirrors provide players the opportunity to critique
their own strokes.
Shadow swinging (i.e. practice swings) while in front of a
mirror will provide instant feedback and help players identify portions of the
swing
they should work on.
Tennis
Mates
A
Tennis Mate can be thought of as a portable backboard. It is made of a durable tarp-like material, which
is sloped at a forty-five degree angle allowing a player
to maintain a rally using the Tennis Mate. The
dimensions of a Tennis Mate are proportional to
the dimensions of a tennis court. |

|
|
A player who wants to work on hitting down the line
and then cross-court can
easily accomplish this on the Tennis Mate. There are a
variety of strokes that can be practiced on it including groundstrokes, return of serves, half
volleys
and even volleys. It is also possible to work on footwork
and achieve a great
cardiovascular workout. |
Video
Voice-Over
|

|
A Video
Voice-Over is a personalized take home training video for all of
your major strokes. This is unlike anything you have ever
experienced before! You will see frame-by-frame slow motion footage and
on-screen graphics as
one of our highly trained teaching professionals provides analysis of your
strokes.
Only 20 minutes of your time on-court is needed to film your
strokes. Then the teaching pro puts in a minimum of 2 hours of production time to provide
you with personalized stroke analysis and instructional information. Your
tape is ready to be picked up in approximately 2 weeks from the date of
filming your stokes on court.
|
Appointments should be scheduled
with one of our teaching professionals.
