Private Tennis Parties

Our elevated, glass enclosed lounge with comfortable seating, dry bar facilities, and a full service kitchen makes the Doylestown Tennis Club the ideal place for a private tennis party.   With large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courts, it’s great for spectators, too! 

•  Book a party for a minimum of 3 courts, or up to 8 courts.

•  Parties are booked at special low party rates.

•  Party bookings are available for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings

•  The party group is welcome to use of the clubhouse for up to 1 hour after
leaving the courts.

•  Let us help you organize your party.

Season Tennis Parties

Organize a group and contract for a series of monthly tennis parties. 

Season Party Guidelines:

•  The party captain must be a member of the club.

•  Party captain is the person who contracts with the club for the series of parties.

•  To qualify, the parties must be booked once a month September through April, the same week each month: Example- 2nd Saturday of each month

•  A minimum of 3 courts is required to qualify for season party rate.  The same number of courts must be booked each month, per your party contract.

•  A deposit is required when you request a contract.  If all the parties are held by your group according to your contract, the deposit is refunded at the end of the season.

DTC Mixed Up Doubles Parties

Join us for one of our “Mixed Up Doubles” tennis parties supervised by one of our professional staff.

Sign up as an individual or couple.  This is a covered dish event- you bring an appetizer or dessert, and we provide the soft drinks. A rotating schedule is set up by our staff for a fun social evening.  A great way to meet new people!   Members and non-members are welcome.
