What
is a Season Court?
A Season
Court is a contract
for reserved court time for a group of two or more players. The Season
Court consists of 31 weeks of play from September through April.
This guarantees your group a court for the same day and time each week.
All players on a Season Court are required to be members of Doylestown
Tennis Club.
The week
between Christmas and New Years is not a part of our 31 week Season
Court play. However, playing times during the Holiday week will be on
an open-time basis with special Holiday rates.
When
can I request a Season Court?
Requests
for Season Courts can be made as early as February each year for the
upcoming September. Be sure to get your application in early.
Requested times fill quickly.
Note: We can also book a Season Court for your group for the
summer months.

How
do I request a Season Court?
Simply
fill out a Season
Court
Request/Renewal form and return it with your deposit to the club. You can
obtain a request form by calling or stopping at our front desk, or click
on the Season Court Request/Renewal form*, print it, fill it out and mail it
with your deposit to the club. Please
note that we cannot accept a request without a deposit. If we are unable
to give you your requested time, your deposit will be returned.
